Season´s Greetings from cold Berlin! We are spending the “time between the years” in Germany´s capital city, generally hanging out and relaxing, we hope to make it to see the fireworks on New Years Eve, I also plan on getting life insurance quotes, as Ive been told to expect a mad crush, if not also a mad time.
But as of yet our time has consisted of hanging out and eating all the cheap and delicious food that Berlin has on offer! Hurray for holidays!

My holidays officially begin! woot woot! I finished my last exam today, and so I have packed away all the office supplies my mom gave me upon acceptance into school, and now I will only think about Christmas, enjoying friends and family, and sleeping in. At least for the next 2 weeks, then school and work begin again, but until then a week in Switzerland and a potential week in Berlin (those plans are not set in stone) with a whole lot of relaxing and chocolate await me!

I am sitting here, early Saturday morning (ok, 11 am but that is early for me) and although I do have my most delicious coffee in front of me, I am studying math. Yes, I thought I had left the horrors of calculus long behind. But it would appear that is not so. Because here it is staring me in the face, and I need to have a handle on the basics in order to write my matter cycling exam in 2 weeks. It is cold and gray outside, can you really blame a girl for dreaming of cancun vacations instead of focusing on derivatives and limits??

Ok, so not really an inspection, but you know what I mean! Or maybe you do not. Relatives are coming this weekend, at least my boyfriends sister and her boyfriend. They want to see our new apartment, see how we decorated it and if we took their advice about updating our furniture to new couches (not from the 1980s) and modern stools. Well, I did buy a new table off of ebay for a Euro…… Does that count?
